How do I send?

Once you’ve downloaded the ecard, you need to go and find it if the option to send is not immediately presented to you. It should be in your images folder and hopefully will be easy to find there will be an option to send via MMS.


My friend is not receiving the ecard. Why not and what can I do?

Most phones are set up these days. But still lots aren’t! Your friend must be able to receive an ‘MMS’. Their phone needs to be set up for it – if they’re not then they should ring their operator (Orange, Vodafone etc) and ask them to sort it out for them.


Is this a subscription service?

No, it's not. We don’t like nasty subscription services, you only pay per ecard you download. You will not get any nasty surprises on your phone bill.

We add new ecards all the time, so keep checking back and you're bound to find the perfect m-card for you.


I have paid for my ecard but haven’t received it. What do I do?

Email helpstarcards@sharpcards.net leaving your name and phone number and you will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of our support team J
